Our adolescent mental health services are specifically designed to enhance problem solving, communication skills and self-esteem in teens ages 13 to 17. I will be back for more advanced out-patient therapy in a few months. Most likely, I will return to therapy in May or June 2020. I give my love to the residents and to their loving families.

West Oaks is a satisfactory nursing home, but not top-notch care. Facilities are always clean, however the attentiveness of the staff to resident needs is often lacking. My grandmother has been at West Oaks for several years. Frequently, when I visit her, her diaper is wet - to the point of soaking through clothing. According to her Dr., this lack of frequent changing might have contributed to several urinary tract infections.

I don't have a lot of experience with nursing homes, but as a whole, this one looks pretty nice to me and they did have some CNAs there that my father gets along with pretty well.
